The path
Join the network
Your portal account is created by your distributor or by CIAS, with an e-mail invitation.
Download the setup
From the portal’s download area, reserved for partners.
Install
Guided setup for Windows and Linux, also without a graphical interface.
Configure
Import the configuration from IB-System IP, then calibrate the sensors with the Tuner.
Hand over
The licence arrives along the channel; the end user approves and activates it, online or with a file.
Support
With Sphera+ tickets are opened from the product; security advisories and patches are for everyone.

Who does what
In the portal each level of the channel has its own workspace.
CIAS
Creates and assigns the licences, publishes software, updates and advisories, handles support.
Distributor
Approves and assigns licences to its installers; sees the statistics of its own network.
Installer/integrator
Approves and assigns licences to customers; installs and configures the systems.
End user
Approves and activates the licence of its own system, also with a file; sees subscriptions and expiry dates.

How to join
The portal has no public sign-up: every account is created by the level above. To join the network, contact CIAS through cias.it or by e-mail, stating your business and your area.
