A licence for ever. Subscriptions, when you need them.

The Multisphera licence does not expire. CyberShield and Sphera+ are optional subscriptions: you add them when you need them and, when they expire, the system keeps watching.

Perpetual licence

No end date. It is activated online or with a file for sites without Internet, and it is bound to the installation.

90-day trial

At the first start everything is active, subscriptions included. Then the licence is activated.

Along the channel

The licence arrives through the CIAS network; the end user approves and activates it.

Sphera+ Base and Sphera+ Gold

Maintenance and support. Without Sphera+ nothing is switched off; with Sphera+ you receive product updates and open tickets directly from the product.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I do not renew CyberShield?

30 days of notice and 30 days of grace. Then the advanced features are switched off; surveillance continues and the basic protections stay active.

And if I do not renew Sphera+?

Nothing is switched off. You keep receiving security advisories and updates; the other updates remain visible but cannot be downloaded.

Do I need Internet to activate the licence?

No. For isolated sites you generate a request file, take it to the portal with a connected PC and import the signed licence package.

Can I try the subscriptions?

Yes: during the 90-day trial everything is active.
