See where, act at once, keep a record

  • The exact spot. On the synoptic and on the site map the alarm appears where it was triggered.
  • Taking charge. The operator acknowledges the event with a reason.
  • A record remains. Events and acknowledgements stay in the log: 24 months online, then in the archive.
  • Only what is needed. Each operator sees and does only what their role allows.

Frequently asked questions

In short

Does Multisphera need the Internet?
No. It runs on a server on the site network and must not be exposed to the Internet. The portal is used for licences and updates and also works with files, from a bridge PC.
Does the licence expire?
No, it is perpetual. Only the CyberShield and Sphera+ subscriptions have an end date.
How do I become a partner?
Contact CIAS: the portal has no public sign-up and accounts are created by the level above.
